PAPER PRESENTATION

All papers should be typed on the A4 size in Microsoft Word Version 6.00 in Times Roman, font size 10 and sent on CD together with a hardcopy. It could also be emailed at info@iodonline.com, iod@vsnl.com. Brief CV (100 words) with passport size colour photograph is also desired. Last date for submission of abstracts is 10th May, 2007. Full papers to be submitted by 20th May 2007.

WCEM Paper Submission Guidelines

A) FORMAT AND SIZE

1. All papers should be typed on Microsoft Word-version 6. in Times New Roman, font size 10 and sent on a 3 ½ " formatted Floppy together with a hard copy.

2. Size of the paper be kept between 2500 to 3500 words.
   

B) TITLE

1. The main title of your paper must not exceed 50 characters. This includes letters. spaces and punctuation.

2. The title should be capitalized and centered at the top of the first page of your paper.

3. If you choose to have a subtitle. it should be capitalized and centered directly below the main title. The main title should be with colon.
   

C) HEADINGS

1. Headings and subheadings must be capitalized and set flush left.

2. Use double space aiter the headings, before starting the next paragraph

D) ILLLJSTRATION GUIDELINES

1. Illustrations such as photographs. charts. graphs, drawings, and diagrams should be labeled. so that they correspond with their mention in the next (e.g. Table-I. Figure-2. Diagram-3).

2. Use only black & white glossy prints and do not attach photos to your paper.

3. Indicate on the back of each photograph your name and where the photo Should be inserted in the text.

4. Commercial charting and graphing materials in back & \vhite are acceptable.

5. Computer generated charts. sharp, diagrams. and maps are acceptable as
   long as they are printed on a printer that produces clear, sharp image (e.g. laser printers.)

6. If you are drawing your chat1s. graphs, maps drawing, or diagrams by hand, please use only black ink.

7. If a printout must be part of your illustrations. be sure they are very clear, dark and reproducible.

E) PHOTOGRAPH & CV:

1. All papers must be accompanied by one passport size color photograph together with a full C.V., and a brief CV (not exceeding 50 words) for your introduction at the congress

F) AUTHORITY ASSIGNMENT:

1. Your paper should mark "WCEM 2007" on top left hand side in token that author has assigned all rights to the World Congress Organizing Committee. for publishing the paper.

G) PRESENTATION

1. All speakers are allowed 20 minutes for presentation of their paper. The time to answering question will be additional.

2. Overhead projector for transparencies, and slide projector will be available for presentation. Any additional aid required, may please be intimated. in advance.

H) PAPER SUBMISSION CHECKLIST:

1. Full text of your paper of Microsoft Word Version 6 and CD.

2. Two Cvs-one full lengths and one short not exceeding 50 words.

3. One passport size color photograph
